2. No Guarantees: All trading, lending, or staking actions are performed at the user’s own risk. The XENOS team and DAO make no guarantees regarding returns, price stability, or system uptime.

3. Decentralization: XENOS is a community-governed protocol. No individual or entity has the authority to freeze, reverse, or censor transactions.

4. Compliance Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with local laws and regulations. Access to the protocol may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

5. No Custodial Services: XENOS does not act as an exchange, broker, or asset manager. It is open-source software facilitating peer-to-protocol interactions.
